This coming Sunday we will be closing out Mental Health Awareness month with a conversation with Ayana Ali. She'll be answering questions related to our struggles amidst the pandemic, and sharing her insights from this time.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker she focuses on the treatment of depression, anxiety, and relationship issues for women. She also specializes in work around the impact of infertility and pregnancy loss. Through her work, she holds space for those who are struggling.

David Richo, PhD, MFT, is a psychotherapist, teacher, workshop leader, and writer who works in Santa Barbara and San Francisco California. He combines Jungian, poetic, and mythic perspectives in his work with the intention of integrating the psychological and the spiritual. His books and workshops include attention to Buddhist and Christian spiritual practices.
